Depending upon the package you choose, the monthly subscription ranges from just $20 to $70 per month. This price includes everything in your package category except the minutes used for your 800 number.
How much is the phone usage?
6.9 cents per minute, billed in six second increments with an 18 second minimum. Usage is charged whenever the toll-free number is in use (e.g. inbound and outbound calls, inbound and outbound faxing, follow-me calls, etc.). However, ProComm does not charge extra for the outbound legs of your follow-me calls; most other companies do charge you for this usage.
How do I purchase my minutes?
Your minutes are purchased in a similar fashion to a pre-paid calling card in that our computerized system will start you off with a pool of minutes dependant on the package you purchased, any where from 150 to 500 minutes. Once that pool gets low, your credit card is charged $40 to replenish the pool to 540 minutes. And when the pool of minutes gets low again, your card is charged $40 again. So if your minute usage is high, you'll see this charge often; however, if you rarely use your minutes, then you'll see this charge rarely.

Our 800 numbers work in the United States and Canada all for the same price of just 6.9 cents USD.
What are the typical set-up costs for a small company?
One-time implementation costs are based on the number of users, customization and training requirements, and additional services needed to ensure a successful deployment for your company. A new user can be activated within minutes and, with adequate skills, can often configure their ProComm system with minimal reference to set-up manuals, help guides, and training.
A single user with average computer skills could purchase the ProComm 800 package and with minimal effort have a working knowledge of the system in a few hours for less than $50. But it is always recommended that you contact one of our consultants for implementation assistance, as successful deployment begins with a thorough assessment of the overall business objectives and needs. Without this initial assessment, results will be mixed. Your consultant will conduct an initial "Needs Analysis" for your company to gain a clear picture of how to improve existing processes. Only after the objectives have been clearly defined can the technology be used effectively to deliver the desired result.
Deploying ProComm is usually far less expensive than hiring developers and IT staff to install and manage internal software and hardware. To get the equivalent, companies would have to spend millions of dollars in technology and integration costs.
How do I obtain a quote for customizing ProComm?
In many cases,our consultants can provide a preliminary estimate after only one or two phone calls; however multi-user installations often require more detailed discovery through a "Needs Assessment." Once completed, a more accurate written quote can be provided.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The ProComm service is a month-to-month service; there are no long-term contracts.
