Templates

Creating a template is quick and easy, and allows you to establish a “look and feel” for emails that you find yourself sending out often, whether they’re press releases, FAQ sheets, or introductions to your business. Having a template on hand means that you have an easily-altered base to work with when sending out updated information. Keeping a consistent look lets recipients know right away that an email is from you, and can maximize your effect in email-based marketing or publicity campaigns.
 

Automated Organization

The ProComm inbox can be customized to follow rules, telling it to perform different actions when a new type of message is received. For example, the inbox can be set to:

  • Notify you via phone, pager, or email when a new message arrives (certain Feature Packages allow notification to be set when a particular contact emails you)
  • Delete, forward, or move messages to a certain folder upon arrival
  • Color code messages upon arrival for quick sorting when you log in next
