Contact Manager

The Contact Manager is a powerful on-line tool that allows you to keep track of your contacts, prospects, and customers, organize your clients, send e-mail broadcasts or autoresponses, and broadcast fax documents to multiple contacts from your ProComm account. Use the Contact Manager to enter key information about the people who call your toll-free number, and then access that information through the Internet at any time, from any place. If you are using an existing contact program, you can import your data into your Contact Manager so that it is readily accessible to you.
 

Contact History

Stop wasting time sorting through emails and phone and fax messages to trace the thread of a discussion. A simple click is all it takes to organize all methods of communication into one easy-to-manage place. Contact History bundles every sort of message that you’ve received from one contact and allows you to review and manage conversations that have spread across several forms of communication.
 

Custom Fields & Forms

The Contact Manager has several standard fields to track information about your contacts. To suit the individual needs of different users, custom fields can also be created to track important details. For example, a user who worked for a non-profit organization could create a custom field to track donation amounts from members, or a real estate agent could track contacts seeking a three-bedroom home. Searches can then be performed on these custom fields to easily find contacts that match a certain criteria.
 
How your custom fields are displayed is also up to you. Customize forms to display your new fields, and add them to your contact records. Forms can also be built for placement on a website. Once the form is filled out, the information is automatically added to your Contact Manager, creating a new record for any new contacts, and updating your files for any existing contacts.
